What we collect
We collect only the data you enter in the contact form: full name, email address, telephone number, country of residence, the reason for your enquiry and any free-text message.
We also record the browsing language, the date and time of submission, and the fact that you gave consent, together with the moment you gave it.
Why we process it
The data is used solely to answer your enquiry about the development, to send you the documentation you asked for and to arrange any appointments.
The legal basis is your consent under art. 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, and pre-contractual measures taken at your request under art. 6(1)(b).
How long we keep it
We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, where a commercial relationship follows, for the periods required by law. You may ask for erasure at any time.
Who it may be shared with
The data is processed by the controller's authorised staff and by the suppliers who assist us with the website and communications, appointed as data processors.
We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Your rights
You may exercise the rights under articles 15 to 22 of the Regulation at any time:
- access your data and obtain a copy of it
- ask for it to be rectified or erased
- ask for processing to be restricted, or object to it
- withdraw consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal
- receive the data in a structured format and transmit it to another controller
